The Jesse White Foundation is holding a Texas Hold’em Charity Poker Tournament & Casino Night on Friday, June 29, 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. Spend an evening out on the town with friends and help some of Chicago’s most underprivileged youth. Proceeds will benefit the Jesse White Foundation and construction of the future Jesse White Community Center at 412 West Chicago Avenue.
Matthew Pritzker, of the Matthew Pritzker Company and board member of the Jesse White Foundation board, will serve as event chair for the evening’s festivities. Ashley Bond, Miss Illinois USA 2009, will serve as host. The guest of honor will be Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White and the Jesse White Tumblers. Chicago athletes and local celebrities will be in attendance.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for dinner and cocktails and cards will be dealt at 7 p.m. Prizes will include 5-star vacation packages, a seat in the qualifying tournament for the World Series of Poker at Hammond Horseshoe Casino, box seats to sporting events and gift certificates to top Chicago restaurants, hotels and spas.
Ticket prices are $175/individual player (includes buy-in, dinner and open bar) and $100/spectator (includes dinner and open bar).
